This website does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse this website and request pages from our servers. This means that, unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide us with personally identifiable information, we will not know your name, your email address, or any other personally identifiable information. For example, if you would like to make a reservation at one of our hotels or resorts, we will ask you for information such as name, address, telephone number and email address to process your reservation. We will use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help in processing. On occasion, we use third parties to provide or confirm for us contact information about you given the information you provided to us directly. We would then use this information for market analysis and marketing purposes.
In addition, when you provide contact details for transaction requests such as scheduling an appointment or requesting a proposal, we will use the contact information to keep you updated about future offers or promotions unless you opt-out online or otherwise notify us.

Creating an Account Profile
Owners of Gold Key Resorts properties may, at their choice, create a personal account profile online within our password protected Gold Key Owners web site (goldkeyowners.com). Creating an account profile makes it more convenient for by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter personal contact or preference information. In addition, if you choose, you can perform certain functions within your account such as making maintenance payments via this website. The security of this information is addressed in security section below. You can access and review, update, or deactivate the information in your account profile information online.
We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company's security procedures and corporate policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. Because laws applicable to personal information vary by country, additional measures that vary depending on the applicable legal requirements may be put in place. Securing the Transmission and Storage of Information
We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company's security procedures and policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. When we ask you for credit card data, it is transferred over a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) line, provided you are using a SSL enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. We also use SSL on other select pages where you would enter personally identifiable information. This ensures that your information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. This secure mode is enabled before any such information is transmitted from your computer. Gold Key / PHR prohibits the sale or transfer of personal information to entities outside of the Gold Key / PHR family of companies for their use without your approval and giving you the opportunity to opt-out. Gold Key / PHR may share your personally identifiable information with affiliated companies that are directly or indirectly controlled by, or under common control of Ocean Beach Club LLC (d/b/a Gold Key Resorts) and PHR Inc . Gold Key / PHR may send personally identifiable information about you to non-affiliated companies that are not directly or indirectly controlled by, or under common control of, Ocean Beach Club LLC or PHR Inc. when we have your consent to share the information; need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested or we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Gold Key / PHR (e.g., mailhouses) to provide a product or service to you. These companies do not have any right to use the information we provide to them for any purpose beyond what is necessary to assist us.

PHR manages hotels, resorts and restaurants. Gold Key Resorts markets and sells luxury vacation ownership resorts. Affiliated since 1990, PHR and Gold Key Resorts share our marketing lists. We take seriously the trust you place in us and will not under any circumstances sell, rent, trade or lease your personal information to others outside our companies.

Do Not Call Policy – Updated 3/18/2008

Upon receipt of a Do Not Call policy request we will mail the policy promptly to the consumer by regular US mail provided the complete mailing information is provided. Upon receipt of a request for a phone number to be placed on our Do Not Call list it will be placed on our list within 5 business days from the date of the request. Further, it will take up to a total of 10 days from the receipt of your request to completely remove a phone number form all our calling lists. Please keep in mind that by placing your number on the Do Not Call list you may be excluded from certain offers that are presented by telephone in the future.
At a minimum, a request to be placed on the Do Not Call list must include a legible phone number that is to be placed on the list. We prefer all requests to be placed on the Do Not Call list include the full and complete requestor's information.
If a consumer's number has been placed on the Do Not Call list and the consumer changes their phone number or establishes any new phone numbers at their location it is the consumer's responsibility to contact us at the above listed location to place their new number(s) on the Do Not Call list.
If you have an existing business relationship with us, by placing your name on the company Do Not Call list, you are simply excluding your number from future calls and offers by telephone. Being on the Do Not Call list does not affect your status as our customer. Your number will remain on the Do Not Call list for 10 years from the time you place the number on the list or update it.
Telephone Representatives are trained on our Do Not Call policies at the time of their initial training. Further, Telephone Representatives are retrained on our Do Not Call policy every 6 months.
In the unlikely event a consumer receives a phone call from our company after they have requested to be placed on the Do Not Call list an internal investigation will be performed upon receipt of the report.
